Ramped bolts do not work with standard 9mm hammers. They work with most 2 stage triggers and all M16 style triggers without the notch. We did the longer ramps at first but found with the umpteen different brands of hammers available which are different heights – not all would cock with the longer ramp. We shortened the angle a bit and seem to have found a ramp that works with everything.
This service is for ASSEMBLY only of an upper with new parts. Hand guard/Barrel swaps require the Disassembly/Reassembly service. This service does not include installation of new/swapped FSBs onto undrilled barrels. We will NOT attempt to install or remove any Chinese parts.

Price is for barrel only. If disassembly is required additional fees will apply. If you are sending a barrel to be shortened but not threaded; this is the service you want. This service is for barrels of any length, pistol or rifle. Price is increased $30 if the barrel is sent with the action attached or has a lug which would require the non AR threading service. An AR barrel with an FSB in place is $30, as is a standard shotgun barrel. A barreled action or something like a SCAR requires the $60 service. The crown shown here is the crown style you will receive, there are no other options for different crown styles.
We dimple the bottom of the barrel to properly locate the gas port with low pro gas blocks. Price is PER dimple.
We can replace broken index pins in your existing barrel, we do NOT install extensions. Due to POOR quality of some barrel extensions recently – some extensions are destroyed when the pins are broken. If we find we cannot replace the index pin, we will send it back on your dime without installing a new pin.
If the barrel outer diameter is too small for a shoulder after the barrel is threaded, you need this service. This service can only be added/ordered at the same time the barrel is in for threading. This is not a stand alone service.
This covers/includes cutting/crowning as well as threading. This service is for any AR15/AR10 barrel once it has been removed from the receiver, or any STRAIGHT barrel. AR barrels with the FSB in place are covered under this service/fee. This service also covers handgun barrels that need standard threads. that do NOT need to be extended. Threads will be concentric to the bore. Threads are either standard .400 for pistol caliber or .600 for rifle caliber. There are no custom thread length or crown options. If you want the barrel shortened note length in the comment section. This service also covers stripped barrels of other varieties. If the barrel will not drop through a round hole with a diameter slightly larger than that of the barrel, we will not thread you barrel under this service. If sent as a complete upper, the Disassemble/Reassemble service is required as well. Gas port work is included when necessary. When barrels are cut, they are all measured from a closed bolt face as the only standard measurement we use. Turn around for this service is 5-7 business days.
Tapered shoulder popular with Sig Sauer barrels. We index the cut shoulder off the bore. If you send us a cheap ass barrel that is not concentric, the shoulder will look like shit. It will be correct/concentric but it will be lopsided.
If you attempted to unscrew a pinned on muzzle device, this service will repair the threads you stripped off in the process. We turn down, thread, and install new threads just like we do with the threaded extension service. This way you keep the barrel length. If you just want to cut off the damaged threads and shorten the barrel, that would be the $75 threading service. If sent as a complete upper, the Disassemble/Reassemble service is required as well. If the barrel is not “just the barrel”, that will fit through a round hole there is a $30 up charge.
Includes relocating the front sight and shortening the barrel if desired/necessary. This is for bull barrels only as shown. We do not relocate front sights on the skinny barrels. The shortest we can go is 3″.
This service adds threads to your unique revolver for suppressor attachment.
Common for most popular Glocks Sigs M&Ps etc. Please send your slide with the barrel so we can match the depth/diameter of the extension. We can NOT thread Glock barrels made after 2014. This service is not offered for .40 and .45 barrels as they are too thin to thread for an extension. This service can only be done on pistols with removable barrels. We do NOT remove pressed in barrels such as PPKs P7M8s etc..
The thread pitch used to attach the extension is selected at our discretion. Each piece is made to match(concentric) the specific barrel it was made for. You will not be able to thread multiple barrels and use the same extension. This is for safety as well as reliability reasons.
With some firearms, the threaded extension must be removed to field strip the weapon.

The fee covers most bread box sized items – barrels with FSB pistol frames or slides etc. Larger items with more parts cost more; a complete 870 stripped and each part parked is $95. Fee includes proper degreasing/bead blasting. This fee is a general starting point. Boxes of small parts and various stuff will need to be quoted separately.
The service/fee is for a single straight (not tapered)pin. Some of the larger bore calibers(.458 and such) do not allow enough room to safely pin gas blocks. The block will be aligned with the gas port, which is not always perfectly centered. All you need to send is the barrel and gas block. You can send a complete upper, but a disassemble – reassemble fee may apply if the gas block is not accessible. If you include your barrel nut we will be happy to slide it on before pinning the gas block.
Attach a muzzle device permanently to bring the OAL to 16, or AWB Compliance. This is the pinning service only. This price does NOT include threading or the muzzle device. There are different rates for different devices so be sure to select the correct device below whether you are sending the device or buying from us.
Be sure to send your barrel nut if sending a barrel with a gas block.
We will NOT pin any device using a 13” URX 4 and a 13.9” barrel.
We do NOT pin any type of brake through any external threads(OPS/AE). We do NOT perm any titanium or aluminum muzzle devices.
Remove and clean up threads on a barrel that is threaded, previously had a muzzle device permanently attached. No need for disassembly of a complete upper. The device being removed will be destroyed, because we mill the device off instead of drilling the pins out. We do NOT remove soldered on devices.If your device is pressed on, then you will not need this service. You will instead need the Barrel Threading service, as well as any required disassemble/reassemble service.
We’ll check your barrel to make sure the bore is in the middle, the threads are concentric to the bore and the correct size. If you send a complete upper it will need to be disassembled.
We drill a ROUND hole for the gas tube to pass through if you want to use a 9mm upper for 5.56.
We drill the hole in your receiver for the index pin in the NSR Rail.
